Hi, everyone,
FINALLY I CAN LAY MY HANDS ON MY BLOG AGAIN!!!
Ehem, sorry for the shouty capitals, I'm just so happy that I can finally have the chance to talk to you guys again in the middle of this chaotic period. You know, hectic office is driving me cray cray and I'm also in the middle of preparing something super special... Well, some of you might've known what it is, but let me talk about it officially on my next post. Hopefully, by the time you click back in, you can find the hint somewhere under my brandmark :D :D :D
MY APOLOGIES for my lack of attention for this blog, I will do everything I can to give more love to this baby.
Anyway, today I would like to tell a tale. As you might've seen above, this blog will be dedicated for Cosmekita. It was actually has been almost a month ago since its birth, but I will share the story no matter how late I am because this is one exciting stuff!
So basically, Cosmekita.com is a web based beauty community founded by Ms Karmila Tjahjadi, a beauty enthusiast with noble vision for Indonesian beauty freaks. Driven by her curiousity on beauty world, together with her brother, Kenny, Karmila build Cosmekita.com in which they will gather any Indonesian beauty bloggers, vendors (brand owners), online stores, as well as users (you guys, included, all of us!) in one website/ forum where we can talk about ANYTHING beauty related.
Sound awesome, right? Imagine that you can easily find beauty tutorials, reviews, tips & tricks in one place (say bye-bye to too-many-open-tabs).
The event itself was held on 27 of April 2014 at The Akmani Hotel, Jakarta. It was attended by fellow beauty bloggers, media, beauty brand vendors, as well as online shops. Apart from the introduction to Cosmekita.com, there were several beauty demo during the launching event. Honestly, I was actually more interested on the website A-Z rather than watching demo, but yeah... It's still an OK party.

An UBER cute invitation!
First time gathered with fellow Indonesian beauty blogger, so excited!
Ms Karmila Tjahjadi giving out her welcoming speech.
Ms Sanny Lie, the PR of Cosmekita.com, also giving out her speech (too bad she couldn't join us on D-day).
First demo: Ms Olga Agradia, a young beauty blogger whom officially sponsored by Anastasia Beverly Hills (what an achievement!) showed us an eyebrows tutorial using Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade, my favorite eyebrow product.
Another beauty demo: Japanese style beauty by Yamano House of Beauty, Japan. While Mr. Yamano Mitzuo showed us the most popular Japanese makeup look, Mr. Yazawa Soichi styled one of the model's hair. These two guys are also the official makeup artist and hair dresser of Miss Japan.
Mr. Yazawa Soichi demonstrating the gold temporary tattoo as well to fellow beauty blogger, Ms Sasyachi from hellosasyachi.com called Aurum. The tattoo was made of 99.9% pure gold and is a popular accessories in Japan. Well, I didn't get any as it's not actually my style, but it seems that this tattoo is one of the most wanted beauty attributes back at its home country.
So that's that, guys! Be sure to check out Cosmekita.com, register, and login! It is indeed one exciting news for all beauty enthusiast as we can melt in one pot (oh, yes, I know it sounds so wrong) and create beauty together!
See you there!
Love,
P
